Timestamps for the transcripts provided by the Oklahoman article from the shorter recording they were provided:
1:32:00 - Clardy on Recovery of Stoewe's body, morbid jokes to medical examiner.
1:45:20 - Jennings on lynching of black people.
2:58:30 - Jennings has known two or three hit men. The original transcript doesn't quite line up here; there is no discussion of excavators just prior to talking about hitmen, though only the initial part seems to be missing (possibly somewhere else in the recording).

But they didn't know they were being recorded, let alone that anyone would be hurt by it.
If they made those jokes as part of a public statement then there might be a case for some kind of harassment, bullying, or public cruelty charge. summarize the pattern of minority, socio-economic and eco resource exploitation in Oklahoma history?
Oklahoma's history has been characterized by the exploitation of minorities, socio-economic classes, and natural resources. The state has a legacy of racism and discrimination against Native Americans, African Americans, and other minority groups. The forced removal of Native Americans from their ancestral lands during the Trail of Tears in the 1830s, the Tulsa Race Massacre of 1921, and other incidents are examples of this exploitation.
In terms of socio-economic exploitation, Oklahoma's history includes incidents of worker exploitation, such as the rise of labor unions and the anti-union practices of some industries, and the exploitation of tenant farmers during the Dust Bowl era. The state's economy has also been heavily reliant on the oil and gas industry, which has led to environmental exploitation and degradation of natural resources.
Overall, Oklahoma's history is marked by a pattern of exploitation of marginalized groups and resources for the benefit of those in power.
