    This is almost exactly my process! I usually like to pick one or two shots to edit and give to the client on the same or very next day - it keeps them happy and interested and provides feedback that could affect how you edit the rest of the shots.

      I don't do that anymore because they expect me to have them all ready a few days later. And when I have a photo shoot 3-5 days in a row then i definitely can't make that happen. Even if I make it clear to them it will not be ready 2 days after the shoot they still expect it in 2 days because I already gave them a few right away.

    This is so helpful!! I'm currently trying to plan a shoot and this video came up in my feed. The planning process is no joke and I forgot so many elements need to be considered.

    How long do you take in editing and sending a paid shoot to the client??

    Always love your creations Brandon, you've inspired me to get into portrait photography. Wish you all the best and hope to see new videos and maybe meet irl too when the chance happens 😄

    I'm looking at the pics and I'm thinking "man that's the perfect level of contrast". I appreciate that you can do that much editing and it not look like you did that much editing, really great to look at!

    How did you get your adobe bridge to look like that? When I use mine, its just full screen and I can't really see what I selected but I noticed with yours it's off to the left side.

    I've started making it a habit to wait at least overnight between finishing the editing and delivering/exporting everything. Everytime I go back and look at it, I notice things or can't believe something looked good lol. it's nice to have fresh eyes

    Really nice vidéo!
    Can someone tell me what's the plastic looking thing use to get that dreamy lights in the dark background ?
    I used to think of the lights setup in my head before hand but scribbling it on paper will really help me to explain to others what I have in mind haha👌🏽👌🏽

    Excellent value and useful as always. Wish there were more videos out and about in NYC. If there is a poll, I’m a no for the moustache hehehe

    Thank you for uploading this walk-through video, it was very informative and really helped me see how to organize a shoot! Quick question, when getting assistance with a shoot do you pay the individuals? Just wondering because I've never actually thought about that until you mentioned the financial aspect of things. Thanks!

    • @BrandonWoelfel
      @BrandonWoelfel  Рік тому +2

      Yes I do pay:) when starting out that wasn’t really an option for me but as I became more established I made it a necessity! Great question.
