14:20 The Daddy thing cracks me up!!!!! 🤣 But the shot of all the trucks coming home... WOW!!!!! 😲 Idk if its because theyre your kids, or the sad-ish music or both, but I got a little choked up! 😢Crazy! Crazy good!!!!! 👏
Wow, the sludge peeled off the inside of that tank like a curl of unappetizing ice cream. Smart sequencing for keeping it from falling on Mikey's head, though. Swoop shot along Sammy's pump line! That was pretty cool, with seeing the oil flowing out one end and in the other.👍
In Australia, if a Service Station is closing down ,they make them pull the underground tanks out straight away - even if they are going to build a new one there
Your usual expert tank removal demonstrated again, even if you are a "get off my lawn" guy today.... I would hope that the folk who purchased this property to flip it would have determined if there was an underground time bomb waiting for them. This looks to be a muddy mess remediation project.
That tank seemed *really* shallow, compared to the usual digs. Is there any sort of mandate or code for depth to bury a tank? Post10 always has those figures on culverts because of crush likelihood, so it seems like there should be for tanks.... Mikey's boots always look so comfortable. Ooh! Monitoring well! Are they the same outside as the one you installed inside on the automechanic's shop?
No concern on a crush or cave in because the tank gets its strength from the endcaps. Nope, we see these tanks 6' deep to 6". Yes, well is exactly the same installation. good questions.
What are your thought of the other competitors in or around your area? I’ll give you a couple examples. Luzon Environmental Services and Vaz Co Reclaiming Services? Do you think you do cleaner work compared to those two companies or do you think you’re about the same ?
I never want to talk bad about a competitor, its never a good look. BUT.....What my company brings to the table, no one else has. I don't have "employees" completing the work in the field, I have my sons who are share holders in the company, its their future. Also Tank Masters has its owner on site every day, also something else those companies don't have. GREAT QUESTION
Some cracking tunes in this one Brian!
He'll call you back when he gets quotes from other contractors with higher numbers.
Thank You Brother.. HaHa, I just got off the phone with him. He is signing the proposal!!!!

Good morning!
Hello there!
In Australia, if a Service Station is closing down ,they make them pull the underground tanks out straight away - even if they are going to build a new one there
That is a great way to police them.....

He just agreed to sign with me and move forward with the clean up.
What are the chances that the hole was wet when they plopped the tank into it on the tank install?
100% Charles
Isn't Newburg also the home of Orange County Choppers?
Maybe the "flipper" can take care of his spill the same way he took care of his window!
Maybe you should look around for a cheep property because of a unknown cost tank remediation do it any flick it off
Who buys property in upstate NY, hell, anywhere in the NE without checking if there’s a buried oil tank. 🤓
Sure did have enough holes in it , Looked to me it was a thin gauge tank also
Happy Mother's Day to all the moms.
Same to you!
