A heavenly Kinder Country inspired dessert, perfect for a delightful treat!
This recipe consists of a creamy mascarpone cream base topped with a rich chocolate ganache and crunchy cereal for a delightful combination of textures and flavors.
Ingredients (for 6-8 servings):
For the Cream:
400 g whipping cream
2 packets of whipping cream stabilizer
500 g mascarpone cheese
200 g quark cheese (20% fat)
6 tablespoons sugar
2 packets of vanilla sugar
For the Ganache:
1 teaspoon butter
200 g whipping cream
300 g chopped milk chocolate
For Decoration:
1 cup puffed wheat cereal (with or without honey)
Kinder Country bars
A little whipped cream for garnish
