You had me at the Bible is a "book of life". As a now 47 year old, this is something I understood as a child by the time I was 12 years old and I thank God for bringing teachers into my life who made me understand that during my childhood in the 80s. That said, I think the main reasons many people today see it as a book that is "ancient" or "out there" or "irrelevant" is because modern teachers do not relate its teachings to real life and how to practically apply the principles therein. I believe this is because many of them also teach something they don't fully understand and so end up teaching just by rote..."do this/ don't do that". Humans just don't learn4life like that. The Bible has also been misused, abused and perverted for the most atrocious historical and current acts, which has also led to people not valuing it. However, what I've discovered over the years is this: no amount of abuse can change its Truth. Even if you don't believe in the Bible and the greatest stories ever told, if you interpret it correctly, understand its principles, and learn how to apply them, your life will be one of endless blessings, miracles and illumination.

I enjoyed the teaching sooooo much. I became a Christian in 2009, knew about God before but I didn't know about a relationship with Him and the trinity (God, Jesus and the Holy Spirit) I remember that I couldn't understand the Bible, not even in Spanish my first language but through the years, I started talking to God more and asking Him to talk to me through His word and help me to understand it, so I can apply it in my life. It wasn't easy but through my ups and downs I got closer to God, Jesus my Savior and His Holy Spirit who is the strengths in me. This is my second time reading the Bible and yes, God speaks to us in different ways and He still the same yesterday, today and day by day. I thank you for the tips and for you Dr. Cindy!!!💯🎯
Dr. Trim for years I wanted to experience your anointing in person. 20yrs later you came to a church I was attending… the whole time I’m praying begging God to let you pray for me.. 2hrs standing there praying I needed a miracle so bad.. you walk us through buying your books, I did and they ask for a special offering I gave.. I don’t know maybe God is doing a hew thing because he never let any one of my favorite preachers minister to me .. smh just left saying a sow, I give, I follow, i listen, learn obey and nothing. 27yrs waiting on God and not one of you guys can pray me thru
This is so powerful, this is the answer to my prayers on how to study the bible. I prayed that God would make my heart pant after Him like a deer pants after the water brook and this Human Project series did it. When the student is ready the teacher shows up. Thank you Cindy for your obedience to God. It's amazing how you explained what the bible is about, a King and His Kingdom and His children, how alive the Word is, and how it has over 168 million revelations.
