It starts from Maple Springs trailhead in Silverado, CA. You up to "4 corners" where you continue straight for Beeks Place or turn right for Santiago Peak.
That's awesome man. The OR BDR looks like alot of fun. I wish I had more time to take off more than just the weekend. If you are ever down in Southern CA hit me up. I got trails for Joshua Tree, Big Bear, and Temecula.
Man, I don't know how you manage to fight all this sand and soft stuff. I have a G310GS just like yours, but I find it impossible to ride any dirt road that isn't completely "solid", the bike refuses stay going straight once the front wheel sees sand.
I would say I became more comfortable with just a light a grip on the bars and tighter grasp on the tank with my knees. I used to death grip and that caused many over corrections.
Cool. Where is this trail?

Might be a Doppler Radar (weather) installation ?
We should ride sometime! Hitting Oregon BDR in beginning of September with a good group of dudes.
