To get power is first of all a paradox, to never seek it, to never want it. We are talking about any kind of power, but especially spiritual power. However, the starting point is the observance of those "small" rules in everyday life. The 10 commandments are well known but what do we do with the little ones, someone breaks a plate, on the street an old man blocks your way when you are in a hurry, at work the boss yells at you without being guilty....what do we do then, we yell, we talk ugly, we gossip about the boss..... and many other things, we all know. These little things are exactly what keep us in place. Power is the level you reach when you have accumulated a value by working day by day for it. All the "small" values, respect, understanding, acceptance, patience, tolerance, true... just like in sports, lead us to great performance.
