I feel like most of these were kids or teens who didn't know how to draw or animate. The Flip-A-Clip ones where they scroll are annoying because if you figured out how to copy and paste it isn't that hard to animate something using it. Other than some of the more poor ones, some of them were actually well made and sometimes actually had a good design.
