    Good tip about the ambient environment. I just bought a beach guitar and it didn't occur to me that the store was air conditioned. Needless to say, on the hot humid beach there was a lot of fret buzz.

    Great series of videos. I would definitely try the baking soda and superglue method myself, but put masking tape above and below the neck to make sure not to screw up your fretboard or finish. They actually used that to fill in pits on carbon fiber helicopter prop blades at one time.

      @@ConorRocksYT Nice! It exists nicely between Strat and Jaguar. I wish they made a lefty version (I'm a lefty).

    hey just asking, whenever i pluck the low e string it buzzes a bit is it worth to get it fixed?? I use a telecaster

      If it doesn't bother you too much, then you can leave it. But, I'd always recommend getting it fixed if you can 😊. If it's a nut issue, then I'd take it to your local guitar store - but if it's something else you can always do a set up yourself!

      i tried doing 2:18 on the low e string it barely moves, so i think it is actually a problem on the nut. thank you for the advice! might bring it to a guitar shop since im fairly new to guitars

    I had all three of my guitars set up by GC and they all are fret buzzy and action way high . Wtf

    • @YMSHE
      @YMSHE 2 місяці тому

      pro tip: dont give your guitars to techs at GC. they’re a huge corporation and dont have the time to test if someone is actually a good tech. Go see a specialist guitar repair shop, that’s where the real professionals are
