One thing I'll never understand about Rust is why people act so offended when someone is not good at the game. Everyone had to start new at some point and if you don't have any friends that know how to play already it can be a struggle. Educate them on how to build a better base or just be glad for the easy loot. I don't understand calling them idiots or berating them in voice chat.

I play rust on my Xbox, what are the strength's and weaknesses of a stone gate? Are you able to latter over them?
a big gate? no, you cant ladder on gates/doors. But you can ladder over compound walls at the cost of some damage.
They are great but you can still ladder over them.
I once had a base that I almost completely walled in with gates I had 9 stone gates but I was killed by some guys and then raided by them before I could place the last two or three
If it's placed backwards (so that the doors open out of the compound) you can jump in without taking spike damage if you can get up on top of the gate. If you place the gate with the doors opening outwards with a wall in front of them as an airlock, you can use that wall to ladder up on top of the gate and jump in with much less damage taken than laddering over a wall would do.

I like sebbyk, but it's funny when the non pvpers get so excited about ak. They really aren't that great after the pvp update. I'm literally just as happy with a Thompson now.

How do you have AK full metal, and defend an online raid nakid lol? If you're scared you're gonna loose ur AK kit, use it to defend lmao, or you'll loose your base too!
If I have just 1 AK, I might not take it out, but It'll be my raid defence kit! I leave my best current kit for raid defense, unless I have multiple, like they did, then I just use it all the time ffs lol.
