Hey JB, you can work around it, but all things being equal it's just easier to get it out of the way while it's in the raised position, especially if it's your first time disassembling one. Let me know how it works out for you👍.
Hey Kahled, you can, but it's easier to access the bolts tucked in that corner adjacent to the hradlight if you just go ahead and take it out. Good thngi is you can get the headlight assembly removed pretty easily when it's in the up position.
With the bottom screws out. Could this be pulled out enough to get behind? My car is wrapped. The rocker area where the door meets the fender is a bitch to wrap. If I moved the bottom out a little. Id potentially have more room.
Thanks man, glad to do it for my fellow car guys👍. No LS6 manifolds in stock right now. They're such a popular upgrade they fly off the shelves pretty quickly.
I think its time for a better camera 📷 everything has that round look, while filming....But other than that, your content is pretty good. How much would you sell the front break caliper and rotors for? Do you have a contact?
Thanks, appreciate the feedback. This is a GoPro Hero 8, so the camera quality is good. The round look is from keeping it in Action filming mode. I will try it in Standard mode next time to see how it looks. Brake caliper rotor set I can sell for $300. My direct contact information by phone is 832-654-7367 or email vettesource@hotmail.com. Just let me know.
Thanks for this video. Subbed for sure. like the in depth process.
Great, thanks for the sub👍. Glad it was helpful.
Useful, I think this will help me get to the air pump solenoid that's supposedly behind the passenger side fender :)
Yep, there's quite a few little relays and electrical pieces hidden up there. Thanks for the comments and Happy New Year👍
do need to remove the head light bucket first, or can you work around it?...............JB.

@@VetteSource thank you.............
No problem👍
My C5 is missing the nut you are removing at 6:44 do you know the part number or the thread size for it?
10mm
If I didn’t remove the headlight will I be able to remove the finder?

you can try, but I would be very careful because the fender won't tolerate much pulling, and once it's cracked, it's cracked...
You are so helpful with everything. Do you have a ls6 intake manifold forsale by any chance?
