I just loved this house so much. Every detail was just perfection. Just gorgeous with the flow of lines, connections and balance. I really appreciate all the thought - real design and work that went into this project.
I like art galleries for living rooms, but don't care for the cafeterias. I think (I hope) it misses the vibe because it's overwhelmingly built in cabinetry without free standing furniture and there are no personal items in the spaces, yet. Everything is brand new. There are two kinda of riches. One that buys (inherits) lots of antiques and old world things because only they can have them. The other that build brand new, highest end possible to have something others can't. For the spaces I like somewhere in the middle, more cultivated spaces. Obviously this designer wants to showcase what she's done, but it's more about building rather than cultivating and trying to fit treasures into the renovated space. I do wish there were more personal items. I also don't like build in furniture that much. It forces the style onto a home that you can't escape. But some rich people don't care. They can buy and sell homes whenever. Additionally they have multiple homes. For them a house has a different meaning than for you and me. As a viewer, I fast forward or skip such tours
I thought the same thing!! 😂I think the black border was the wrong choice. I'd like to see the other hoods they nixed... I think this one fell short. ;)
This is just heaven to me. So outstanding. Lisa you're so intelligent and well spoken. I love the modern kitchen cabinet style, the gold lines in the floating shelves, the black framing around the hood...the attention to detail is just next level. I would move in right away, wouldn't change a thing :)
Lisa - job well done here. And I know it’s not professional to comment on one’s appearance, but I have to say that your whole vibe is giving me my life: great glasses, great hair, love the black…your personal style reflects your professional acumen.
I don't typically love the white kitchen look, but I really like this one, it has a lot of warmth, and the deep color on the island balances the tones in a pleasing way.
I don't know about anyone else, but to me, this feels like a luxury restaurant (not hotel). This is the strangest 'luxury home' I have ever seen. It just doesn't feel good at all.
Such a beautiful area and then that ugly kitchen window. I wish they had matched the lounge doors. Also the black metal around the hood in the kitchen was a mistake…..it looks like a projector screen floating there….remove it. Much cleaner and softer look. LOVE the fireplace in the lounge. Gorgeous!! And the wine cabinet is so cool. What a lovely home
This is a very high end, lovely space, museum quality, but I don't see any aspects of traditional. Also, people usually put wine cellars in the basement because wine keeps best in cool, dark locations. It's not because people are being unhip and old fashioned, it's a practical choice.
I like the home yes, but I would have put some color in there.. Maybe instead of the grey shade sofas, maybe like a deep forest green, gold, or yellow, something in the blue family...lol
She does same houses with no individuality , all copied from somewhere and trying to represented it like something so complicated and speacial , god I can’t ...
Did she really just say you should hide the books that are not expensive? Do you even know that they are meant for reading not just showcasing? Omg the snobs...
I'm worried that this family has no color in their life. Where is the juice, the fun, the zest, the soul? Perhaps they should just live in a corporate board room. The Feminine energy has been completely squashed in this house.
Awesome clean design.. range hood cover is awful little bit steel could break the softness/ another mistake is putting tv on top of the fire place making room cheap.looking…
Don't put a label on design if you don't know what you are designing. There isn't anything "Farmhouse" about this design. Black and white does not constitute "Farmhouse"! I also think the mark was missed on the range hood. The scale is wrong and it looks like a drop down media screen waiting for the movie to start. Moving on past the annoying design description, it is a beautiful space!
It seems like the appliances are not ideally located for ease of cooking in the space. The fridge is on one side, the sink across from that and the stove on yet another wall. The stove hood looks like a projector and is just a dull flat white surface.. I don't know if the room was staged for this channel or it always looks so sterile and cold. Not even a bowl of colorful fruit or flowers on the counter or island. The best part was the wine storage and the floor pattern. Feels like a showroom, not a home that's lived in.
After going through covid lockdowns, and people realizing they want homes that are more cozy, I find this house missed the mark. Too office like for me.
Nice but too bland and too neat - very obvious "interior decorator" written all over it. Also, I think a TV over fireplace is just wrong. Two competing focal points with the TV too high up on the wall. The low sofas are not even facing it - going to be a very uncomfortable binge-watching box sets.
Where's the creativity and individuality? Why are designers all doing the same off the shelf look? It might have cost a fortune, but it is coming over as HGTV.

I believe putting additional special interior design will elevate this home's character. 🌿🌿
This has all the charm of my local museum cafeterias. Lovely museums! Purposeful and well laid out but nothing cozy comfy in the vibe.
I want to move in to your local museum then! 😂

The vent hood looks like a movie screen.
Otherwise it's pretty, love the colors.
Yes I thought it was a huge tv in the kitchen
I thought the same thing!! 😂I think the black border was the wrong choice. I'd like to see the other hoods they nixed... I think this one fell short. ;)
@@Carpe_Diem68 yes it just looks horrible and I’m sure they paid a pretty penny for it to
Agree
My attention has gone to the kitchen floor, whose color & design I really love.

The color of kitchen cabinet and Island so perfect. Love it. Good design.
The thoughtfulness to every detail is outstanding.

The styling is impeccable
The double sink here is genius and not just done for the sake of having 2 sinks...bravo
I thought the stove hood was a tv screen! Agree to much like an office

Love it! Beautiful work.
Great great interior design! Materials are beautifull especially that huge black glass cabinet.
Needs something colorful, something bold in each room:
a painting, big plant or flowers, souvenir, personal photos
nah. its fine as it is.

I agree I didn't like the hood at all
EXCEPTIONAL work right down to the small details!
One of my favorites so far that I’ve seen on this channel (& that’s saying a lot because this channel has great content!)
My favorite home on this channel. I wish to see the rest of the home.
The execution was flawless
I'm not a huge fan of modern/contemporary design, but this home is absolutely stunning!
Wow... Love this house and the spaceportsness.
It is super gorgeous! I love all!!
Like everything other than the hood which resembles a projection screen.
The house is beautiful. The designer is also beautiful ❤
It is pretty but is lacking some vintage cozy feel. It feels a very pretty showroom.
thats exactly the feel i want for my home. showroom.
The antique mirror detail might look lovely on the range hood? Love the serene energy of this space.
Gorgeously done home!
Ugh this is divine, love ittttttttttt
A job well done! Love it!
Gorgeous!

Needs lots of color and texture too. Just too same-y everywhere.
It's beautifully done 🤩, I also love that it's not fully done so the owner has room to add on personal items like art works and make it their own🙌
gorgeous home!
Beautiful home ❤❤❤
"No one is entertaining marble but wanting the look of marble" :)
Love everything that you guys do
beautiful
Saved to watch over and over
Stunning!
Beautiful details
The dining island chairs look like camping chairs.

This was really informative ...thank u
The house is gorgeous except for the vent hood …
Love it

Hi, can you please tell me what kind of granite did you use in the kitchen? Is this River White granite?
Btw this is stunning design. :D
Una casa muy bonita
Hi! Where are the gorgeous small gold pot lights from?
What's the name of the quartz used? I haven't found anything that looks not so "printed" or "manufactured" :(

Great job. Come down the street and do my house please.
The range hood just looks bizarre to me. Why would you want that to be the focal point? 🤷🏻♀️
Isn't the top oven too tall?
home run

Too much white in that kitchen...looks elegant and boring at the same time

this smacks of owner with just too much money 💰Over designed

Spot on! I mean, we don't go on Homeworthy to say, "these homes are too colourful or characterful: tone it down". Lol! 🤷🏽♀️
