I ordered a wolf king gt pro through your website, it was dead on arrival. I reached out through email and live assistant on the website and have heard nothing. It's been over 24 hours since the first email sent with no reply. In another 7 hours it will be 24 hours no reply to the live assistant request. I'm starting to get nervous ... should i reach out over your social media? Maybe file complaints with BBB? Start a dispute? I took days off work to enjoy this scooter now I have been looking at a defective paper weight out the box since I received it. How am I supposed to feel right now looking at this video?
