There 1 of these at end of Doncaster road in Mexborough wi same type of brushes but in blue and grey now. I have seen it working loads of times when the brushes were just blue like these ones from sitting on a chair through my aunties window. It worked different ways sometimes it worked how this wash did, other ocasions it did the first cycle where brushes came down then cleared away but then going to back and doing another brush cycle from back to front before clearing away at the front and then drying. And other ocasions car went in and brush cycle stright away and also the petrol prewash and brush wash but no dry.
There was a Wesumat Soft Wash W92 there back in the day with the Save colour scheme. Speaking of identical systems, there were a few identical California Kleindienst CK45's at a few Jet petrol stations. There was one on Wath Road Mexborough, Barnsley Road, Wath Upon Dearne (both rebrushed a few years before being replaced in 2015), and two systems in Armthorpe, Doncaster (the one on the right was replaced, and the one on the left was removed and the PSD codax reader was blocked off.
Yes well i dont rely know about car washes but on Doncaster rd when i was a kid the petrol station was called save and the brushes were red and black on bottom (side brushes) & top brush was red ends wi black stripes? And yellow in middle same system when there was a save petrol station at Parkgate which is now hand car wash. And wath road was california kf45 with blue and yellow spiral brushes then tp stipes at wath road Mexborough and Barnsley road wath although Barnsley road brushes looked a mess until m start came in 2015. Think before instobal m12 at jet swinton there was california k45 with blue and yellow brushes then went to blue and black. Cant understand why it went to Murco though and now gone back to Jet
Ryan bus train man Jet in Swinton actually had a California ROHE C38, before the M12. There was a California ROHE C35 at Texaco (Esso back then) in Wickersley, I saw it being replaced with the California Kleindienst CK45 in 2001, which originally had blue spiral brushes until 2012 when they replaced them with yellow and blue ones. Sadly its now gone which is quite sad.
I remember quite a few from my childhood that have gone now Imo Mexborough before changing to arc which had blue and yellow brushes but then went to plain blue. That car wash is now car dealers. There was a fina just under bridge in Swinton with red and yellow brushes. Total at top of Rawmarsh hill which had red and black brushes, then red and white and sides also had black patch at bottom. Total got refurbished once in Rawmarsh and got 2 systems with red brushes then red and orange,now shell. Bp Rotherham with green brushes. There was even a car wash where Home baragins is now just in car park alone with green and yellow brushes i thunk they were but never saw it working. Fina Denaby had red and blue brushes at 1 point before red green and yellow which survived through refurbishment to total bp and shell but people stoped using it when shell took over and if i remember walking into Denaby with my grandparents it was almost workimg 9 times out of 10. Total Thrybergh with multicolired brushes which never got used which is now gulf petrol station. Texaco near A1 red brushes but got removed to hand car wash removed to make way for co op which is now Jet petrol station with costcutter and subway. Imo Barnsley now closed think brushes were blue and yellow. I think before Morrisons Barnsley there was a fina petrol station with blue and white brushes. Total Balby now jet which had red brushes beforw bp took over and got the soft wash with green and yellow brushes. Over the road from that 1 there was shell car wash with red blue and yellow brushes, also 1 on Bentley road Doncaster both now removed. Bp Sheffield now Tesco with blue brushes. Texaco Brushes never saw as it was closed down anyway nr Brightside. Q8 can't remember think there were yellow and purple brushes or some sort in Thurcroft. Total Skegness red brushes now asda not sure if car wash still there. Jet skegness with blue and yellow brushes now car dealership. Bertie bubbles car wash in Herringthorpe. Not sure name of petrol station near dearne valley parkway on Barnsley road had 3 first 1 red and blue brushes, then went to just red and finally blue but its now houses and flats now. Asda Doncaster multicoloured brushes now removed fuel station at other end now. There was a jet further down which lad purple and yellow brushes. Finally all morisons car washes had blue and yellow brushes but seems them days are over and the newer versions dont look as nice as the soft washes with blue and yellow brushes. Even the bus depot in Rawmarsh has had a few bus wash updates.
Quite likely seeing as the SoftCare in Mexborough got an EasyWash last month. The Istobals in Mexborough and Wath are still there I think, but I’ll be sure to have a look soon.

I'm on about filming Shell, Tankersley next then I'm might be filming a York car wash but its in Monk cross where 0000158 filmed that sainsburys if u remember
Car Washes TV Channel Yes, as soon as I finished recording, that car went in. A van went in the left wash bay (the one we used) when we were about to leave. It's very handy how this petrol station has two wash bays.
I recall seeing a few Ceccato Master's round my area in the late 1990's. There was one at my local ASDA and a few at other petrol stations (BP, Jet and Heron). Two systems were replaced and one was removed as part of closure.

Are there any ceccato masters left
I believe the only operational Ceccato Master left in the UK is at an Esso petrol station in Jarrow, Newcastle. But it might be gone.
I’ve seen that one on google maps I went to a ceccato master as a kid and have wanted to go to it again but the one I went to got removed
