Hi Brad, I just watched MUCH REQUESTED HOYA UPDATE: BLOOMS BUDS AND RANTS 1080p That's an old clip I know ( I just got into hoyas!) but I'm gonna give you a quickie shrink session here. That customer of yours is a nasty piece of work, she is an abuser. It takes two to tango, as well as it takes two to have an abusive relationship. Which translates to whether you let her abuse you or not. The longer you self-correct on your pronunciation of "pedancle" or whatever, the longer you continue to stay in that dynamic of abuse. Basically what you've got to do once you realize she is a bad apple is to tell her to shut up and take her business elsewhere. Then get back to your "pedancles" and enjoy the other one thousand of good apples who appreciate your services. Btw, I learn quite a few things from that clip, thanks;-)
