It's light heavy, 175 pounds, I don't think he need to move higher. Before this fight he wasn't even in top-100, now he's 58th in the rating. He is 26 years old and it's his natural weight, doesn't need to drain before fight. Maybe after 30 years he can reach cruiserweight, but with moving up he will lost his height advantage. Being 1.98 meters tall, I think he is capable of beating Bivol by points. Bivol is not a hard puncher, last KO was 6 years ago. He does not make mistakes and never get tired. Regarding Beterbiev, I think, he will retire before Lapin proceed to World Champion fights.

This was weird. He quit after a jab. The straight left didn't land. The jab broke his nose I'm guessing, but this is still very weird, to give up like this within the first two minutes of the first round after barely taking any punches and eating one jab. Whether this was fixed or whether he just has 0 heart I'm not sure, but this is an awful look.

Late shots are after the opponent touches canvas with anypart of body other than foot and he was crouched with his hands up like a complete amateur.

I'm from Portugal and im so dissapointed, octavio has the nickname of ''little mike tyson'' here in Portugal, he got to where he is very fast because of his abilities and strong body, but this shit looked staged af to me, maybe he just went for the money and wanted no damage, idk this was strange af, octavio doesn't go down with a single punch i guarantee you that he just wanted the paycheck.

Yes and boxing rules state you cannot hit your opponent after they touch the canvas, except the guy was crouching and no part of him was touching the canvas which is why Lappin kept throwing as every other boxer would and should do since he is not down yet.
