@@heathermathew1184 yes, you just have to add up the rest of the ingredients accordingly. As for water, the idea of using it is to 'wet' the yam paste. It's a lot easier to sieve it this way. You dun have to follow the water amount exactly.

You can use steamer instead, cooking time will be longer, about 25-30 mins.

可以把芋泥加白糖(自己喜欢的甜度)然后加鲜奶油调成可以做夹层的浓稠度。
还有一种做法是芋头泥(芋头+白糖)和打发的鲜奶油,比例是2:1 ,芋头泥2,打发的鲜奶油1.

請問不用高壓鍋 就這樣大火蒸的話大概要蒸多久?
大概20-25分鐘。可以用筷子測試,可以輕易插入就是熟了,建議蒸到熟爛些比較容易壓成細膩的泥。

要用个头大的芋头,小粒的是用来煮汤的的,不适合。
在马来西亚的时候我会用泰国的芋头,在国外的话就亚洲超市卖什么我就买什么。

我做的芋頭餡成品不夠硬身,軟軟的, 是否要多面粉再炒
小火多炒一會兒,過後再加點麵粉或澄麵粉
