yes another video to relax to! I don’t know if you’ll like them, most are kind of out there, but I always like to decorate with some of pickman’s “art pieces”. I just think they’re for someone who likes “out there” designs.
The alcohol bottles don't even have to be alcohol. They can be prefilled teas for sale. That way, if you don't have a bottle yet and are in a hurry, you can grab and go and have a bottle for next time. Or maybe she allows you to trade your clean bottle for a prefilled bottle for a reduced price.
Honestly on my first playthrough I completely missed Hangman's Alley as a settlement; my next time around I wasn't sure what to build so I just treated it as a sort of rest stop on the road to Diamond City with nothing but a spare bed (& crafting stations), a clinic, & a bunch of turrets with security guards in Diamond City armor. That said, I always love seeing what other people build here!
I love your no mods settlement videos! They're lovely 😍 When I move crops I always store them first then place in new position, it bugs me too much otherwise lol
I really love hangmans alley. It’s definitely awkward to build in without mods but I like to create a little red-light district for diamond city. Not quite it’s own city or an autonomous area, but an add-on slum to diamond city

That high shelf in the shop we could pretend its meant for like what if theres too much screws handy or whatnot, they can just stick all that extra junk up there, out of the way but still available and handy

YAY also if you look at the layout of hangman's alley it makes no sense the road leads to a stair case that leads to a patch of dirt then randomly there's a road that leads to a room like area with a random door 6 feet up then when the road continues it goes though a gap which cant fit a car. then it leads to a board walk with no roads in sight if you think about the settlement layout prewar what was its purpose and why was it there??
