And probably because I like going into speculation, it could probably be because Nepal tends to stay in its own language (Nepali and it’s other dialects) rather than speaking English unless it’s needed, but that’s just my speculation and idea I got of course. (Bhutan understanding Nepal also fits nicely lol)
