- There are a lot of waterholes at Addo, but after the rainy season most of them are drying up. So you have to run to get your daily portion of water whenever there is still water in a waterhole. (Original sound).

My Husband & I are going in for our Colonoscopies next year sometime, or year 2021 please Pray no Cancer.Im getting ready to go Vegetarian, my Dad had a Lady friend after my Mom passed away that had a baseball size Cyst on her Chest, they found out it was the exact size of a baseball.
She immediately went Vegatarian & the Cyst shrunk every month, & in 6 months that Cyst went completley went away!!!! I thought wow, she told my Father she completley stopped eating Animal Fat of all kinds, Margarine, Butter, Cream, Whipping Cream, Egg Yolks, Cottage Cheese, Puddings, Yogurts, Milk, Milk Chocolate, Cakes, Chicken, Beef, Pork, Lunch Meats.
Not trying to tell you like your stupid, im just trying to help im making sure you know all foods that i wont be eating.
Almond Milk taste like shit, ( parden my French).
You can have Puddings made with Soy. And Chocolates made with Olive Oils, Coconut Oils, Peanut Oils, & Homemade Candy made with Soy Milk or Almond Milk or Cocoa Butter is just fine. All I know is Animal Fats cause Cancers!!!!!!
