He Lost All His Muscle, So I Tried To Get It Back In 30 Days:
What if you lost all your muscle, that you worked your entire life for, just like that?
Well that is exactly what happened to Bob, 100 days ago during a workout he tore his bicep.
He came over to tell me what happened, he had to get surgery, and the doctors told him he would not be able to workout for quite some time...
He knew he would lose a lot of the muscle he worked on for 15 years. So I made him a promise: once he can start working out again, we will transform him back. And today is that day.

The fact that he didn't give up and tried again after recovering is amazing
fr im over here two days back into the gym after missing 3-4months of illness and i went from 129.5 to 118 coming from 102 pounds which took about a year and half to build. i was so discouraged and debated on just staying skinny again because of how unfair all the gains lostfelt, but seeing this just gave me a small up.

@@zayndot7288 don’t be discouraged just be happy you are still bigger than your starting point. The gym will always be there but you won’t. Get back in the gym, keep eating in a calorie surplus and gain some muscle and some mass you can do it man. I’m a fat guy and I used to have trouble just walking up hill and talking after about 1.5 years I’m able to walk and talk up flights of stairs and big hills. No matter how much progress lost keep pushing. I’ve been sick so many times because of Covid and lost my strength many times and it’s just a minor setback you can bounce back it’s all mentality.
I can relate to bob I had chronic bicep tendonosis (even got an MRI) for 10 months and have been finally able to workout again the past 2 months
Even bob has experienced an injury but as a fellow fitness person muscle memory will never be gone that's why bob has an insane progress
Also helps that he knows how to work out properly

Awesome transformation!!This gives me some hope to recover my arm muscles after I go back to working out with my right arm, boxers fracture on my right hand.I am only working out my legs and left side now with weights, besides doing elbow push ups and reverse elbow push ups so my right pec and lats can stay strong, reserve elbow push ups with books work surprisingly well, just need to adjust the technique so you always stay above ground with tension on the muscle.

I started working out 8 months ago as part of a cardiac rehabilitation program. I had a quadruple bypass. I am 175 cm and 85 kilos now. However, I was still 85 kilos when i left hospital, but I have lost nearly all the fat and grown muscle mass. I started with 5 kg dumbbells now I do 12 s. Because I have the time and I have not returned to work. I work out most days of the week at home. I do squats, pushups planks, skipping and all dumbbell exercises. I went once to rehab, just to check if I was doing it right. Proper form is crucial but sometimes I go too far.I have injured my left bicep right Achilles and calf. If I could give any advice, it would be to not push through pain and injuries and not be impatient like me.I don't love working out but I am addicted to it. The most important thing is that my health is excellent.
I have been a flight instructor for 40 years. Might sound good but it's a sedentary lifestyle. I wish I had of worked out when I was younger. I am 60 now and I have to try twice as hard, but hey.
Keep doing the same thing man and more important continue to be careful, it’s best a modest result than a re-injury 😉

So inspirational for my situation! I got a surgery to remove a plate from my collarbone over the summer and then rebroke it cause it never healed properly, I then spent 4 months waiting for it to heal, and they operated again to put plates back on. Now it’s been 7 months and I’m clear to workout. All gains gone but I’m excited!

this is so relatable to me. i broke my elbow and my nerver got damaged and i still feel the pain till now ... which was 1 year ago and i lost most of my gains and my pushups reduched from 60-70 to 30-40(currently) and pullups reduced from 17-18 to 10-13 and im getting back on track on and my right arm is pretty strong again..
I battled Bronchitis for two weeks and lost about 5 lbs of muscle in that time. I needed this vid big time.

going through the same thing has bob. broke both my forearm bones 3 months ago. Used to be hella strong for my age being able to do 60 pushups and bench 190 lb at 140lb bw at 15 years old. After losing my arm I lost myself physically and mentally. All of my friends said I got tremendously smaller. I remember not being able to do anything with my arm at all within the first month of breaking itx I never thought it would heal back to normal again. But as I reach near the 3 month mark everything got way better. I could finally do exercises and actually move around with my arm. I could finally do around 25 pushups and 5 pullups. It will take somebit to recover my full strength back but with the knowledge of muscle memory and the fact that I progressed so far in the last couple months, I believe in myself.

Hey Browney, this video is super inspiring im at a point in my life where I was super athletic and had a great physic, but a couple of years ago dislocated my left shoulder. Im not sure if you know but a dislocated shoulder is one of those injuries where once it happens it never really heals. I tried so much training and physio but it kept dislocating on me so I eventually got surgery. This was a hard step knowing the challenges that would follow, but I honestly wasn't prepared for the mental battle. Ive always been good at fighting through but this has been a challenge, I feel i am a point were im ready tochallenge myself once again but not to sure on the best way. If after another story or body transformation challenge I would love to try your methods and document my journey with your help. Stay strong thank you for the content! much love
