😴What is ASMR?
ASMR stands for autonomous sensory meridian response, which, is a complex name for a very simple, yet, relaxing feeling. Typically, ASMR is a tingling sensation that begins on the scalp and moves down the back of the neck and upper spine. Everyone responds to ASMR stimuli differently, so it is important to view an ASMR video with an open mind if you are only just discovering ASMR videos. i've been coming back to this video over and over again for 7 years. it's crazy thinking how you're a small part of my life at this point and nobody else even knows about it but me.
Literally same I remember when I was 14 (7yrs ago) finding this video and watching it every night until I stopped. Yrs later I’d try to find this exact video again and then yrs after that I would look for this video again

I had no idea this sensory type of therapy, I guess you would call it, has been around since at least 2016. I am only discovering it the past few days (late 2022). That said - thanks very much for posting this intriguing video - coming from someone who has meditated, I enjoyed it immensely, and in some ways, found it to be more effective then " plain ol' vanilla" meditation. Bravo!
