When I run a document through turnitin for first time, Similiraity report come 25% but after changing the recommended sentences to decrease plagerism and runing turnitin the similarity index increased to 97 %. Why this happened. Kindly understand me. And also help me out for future to avoid this. I will be thankful to you.
You can write part of the research gap at the end of your research rationale in Chapter 1 and partly at the end of literature review in chapter 2 of your thesis.

I'll respond to this in some detail as plagiarism and matching are not essentially the same thing.
