tommywalton1974 very! It’s a Doosan...same company now. I will say I had a new Doosan for about a month and it swings and loads trucks much faster than my Cat 312...
I rented the Doosan 140 for a month and it digs, loads, and swing much faster than any other machine I have owned. They just need to figure out a new place to put the lever for the blade...such a bad spot! Nice machine though.
It's very interesting because my dad bought a 2015 e35 doesnt have the DEF fluid it still have it with think 600 hrs and still runs great but now he wants to trade it in for a newer e35 because they have the 3 hoses hookups so you use the thumb and the extend boom and running a jack hammer so you dont have to unlock the extend power hookup and put a pin in the boom and unhook and rehook from hammer to a bucket....would love to run their e145 for an 10 hr day
Bobcat has to do something about adding hydraulic fluid to it . When hammering you tend to lose hyd. fluid when changing between hammer and bucket. When I went to add hyd. fluid I literally had to take apart the breather on the top of the tank ...and very slowly add fluid. It's a bummer . E145 is jerky....requires throttling down . Other than the Hyd. Issue. It's a strong machine.
Two things: 1. A thumb is always optional and never standard. 2. Just because you are a good operator doesn't mean you don't need a thumb, they may be used outside of your application and believe it or not you aren't the only experienced operator out there. Some may require them for their work or even just prefer them over a bare machine.
They can afford to build and market a $160,000 machine (speculation on the amount) but can't get a demo operator that has used one before? Does it have integrated grade control?
Just be up front with customers and tell them its a doosan. And my god pay an operator to run it for your demo. Wana buy yellow because of this shady demo.
Not bobcats, doosans machine just white Don’t really understand why they would do it anyways just leave it in doosans name Hell the seat is still doosans colors😂
shit from the machine, wtf with side hydraulic hoses, you will have to change them every day and the machine is stable like grandma's tooth😂you need new engineers
It is just a albino Doosan DX140LCR...
Yes
How ever, it will be nice to be able to get parts and service through bobcat dealers
Same seat even, they are the same company now.
Watching that guy run that machine is almost painful
Exactly what I was thinking. Well said.

I’ll have what he’s havin ^
just take 2 aspirin.
Ok, so it wasn’t just me who thought ‘Awww, I remember the first time I operated an excavator’ LOL 😆
We just got the E145 in at my work! With steel tracks though!
Do you know how to change the controls?
@@casseyjo5405 usually in that weight class it requires a wrench 🔧 to change from ISO(JD) to SAE(cat)
It is a Doosan DX 140, I have a Doosan and it's a nice machine.
Would you go Doosan again?
@@simondavis5382 yes I like them. Make sure you have a good dealer to get service as they all need it at some point..

Would you know if your machine is Hi flow? Capable of running a mulching head?
Does it utilize regen or def? Thx.

Nice to see that engine is a Caterpillar owned product
generationll I think most of Bobcat’s engines are from different companies.
Cool tool, will buy
Look to me like they need some real operators

That’s sounds fun 🤦🏻♂️
Who ever is running it is really bad at it
look at 2:41, monitor clearly shows Doosan
It interests me for sure. We need to get a tri-axle or tandem to pull it with, FIRST.
Need to know if the E145 can be fired with the Ryan's grapple saw
Should have got someone that can run it to show ot off.
Is this Machine Hi flow? Looking to buy for mulching
Fantastic question, I don’t have the answer to. It would be great if it was.
it says Doosan on the display panel I hope it is not the final version
The arm should be from 3 pieces 4 hidraulic auxiliars exits hidraulic bucket couplig
Will never beat a 138 komatsu
Doosan!
Hello
Hi!
good looking machine! horrible operator!
It looks like the kobelco a bit
Kobelco makes a fantastic mini x
It is a Doosan excavator painted white and bobcat logos
Doosan and bobcat mini excavators are the same and have been for years
@@lcl_eworks16 they have Kubota engines
No thumb? For the price of that machine you'd think it would come with a thumb....🤦♂️
Good operator dosnt need a thumb. Yes I'm an experienced operator.

Nowadays hydraulic thumb is a no brainer and should be standard, 40 years experience here but again that's just my opinion
@@simonchant761 I don’t care how good you are, a thumb is gonna save you time on certain jobs no matter how you slice it.

Excavator Geriatrics.
Bobcat is a Korean company now isn't it?
Nope, they are still in the North Dakota but Doosan just bought them.
@James Paolilli e55 I believe the e63 through the e145 are doosan machines
@James Paolilli yeah but bobcat stops at their e55 everything below i believe is bobcat and everything above is doosan
@James Paolilli you said the 50 lol scroll up
@@essentialdiecast6405 kioti bought bobcat
More like Doosan's biggest white excavator...
Yep
Would have to have street pads not rubber pads
I been operating for 27years driven many brands and sizes.
Bobcat excavators are the biggest heap of shit ever built. Take a look at Kubota and yanma.
