im guessing they will some stock on aome cars so like if u buy a car with one of the wheels yhen you will get that wheel in your vanities. then you can equip it on other vehicles. im not 100% sure so i may be wrong
@@dxrkcryptic6765 I've got them I thought they would put them at the very start of the vanitys but they put the tyres as the green rarity which is strange I thought they would put them as grey for a stock option
