God I love the brown brick because it alludes to real life historical examples of dnd dungeons such as sewer systems and ancient catacombs. Amazing work as always Dana!
This turned out great. I love the modularity of the doors. If sliding them up out the housing ever got tedious you could glue tin on the tops and use a stick with a magnet to easily slide them out.😃👍🏻
This series is amazing! Please keep adding to it! Honestly, you have such a unique flavor and style to your work that I'd like to see your take on more things in the tabletop/wargaming space.
Cocktail stick portcullises! Would also love to see your take on metal / stone doors to go in these frames. Maybe some kind of cool angry metal face door, with red stained glass eyes.
As someone who has been trying to trashbash some Into the Dark terrain I kept getting stuck on the doors (kept trying for swinging doors), Thanks to the mechanics of these doors I now know how to solve my issue, thank you sincerely for this vid.
I am finding these tile crafting videos really inspiring, thanks. I have a whole set of foam tiles carved and ready to paint once my schedule gets a bit kore predictable.
Love the modular aspect of these. Will adapt this idea to replace my current doors. I'm going to add something heavier to the bottom and match my current paint scheme, but definitely appreciate some of these ideas. Thank you!
Love this video. Thanks. As a GM / DM I’ve been making my own terrain for a while. I watch Wyloch and Black Magic Craft. It will be fun to see what you come up with / your take on dungeon terrain.
Good crafting. I think, would be possible to make some sci-fi themed ones? There are lots of games as Stargrave for which could be a great scenery item. Thanks for teaching.
Really fun video! It's cool to learn how to make this stuff and I'd be keen to see more. More tips and tricks on how to make things that seemed out of reach would be good
Why must I always develop Internet crushes on crafty people? Loving your crafting series. Definitely going to be using these techniques when I build the final set piece for my Star wars campaign.
I'm out of frootloops, would cinnamon toast crunch boxes work ? :P Also, the mechanical pencil trick is genuinely great and I'm 100% going to start using that
As a fervent and devout "nobody" on HobbyTube, I feel justified and qualified to suggest that after introducing Wylock's pronunciation of "doors" you should have dubbed that over every instance of the word ... just like we all wish we could do with your pronunciation of "pale sand"

tacky glue was A Gift when I got into foamcore inserts a couple years ago, it's wonderful stuff
Going full Wyloch!
So glad to see I'm not the only one who gets in my own way when working a ruler.
the crackle effect looks like real old chipping paint on wodden doors - really cool. i love these happy little accidents.
I have been enjoying your new foray into dungeon crafting this year.
Would also be cool to see some concave walls, protruding pipes, and floor tiles with murky water channels, to give the passages a sewery feel.
I'm loving these! I'd say some traps could be cool to see, as well as some bits to populate the dungeon
Brilliant! One variation I'd probably go for is a portcullis type door.
I love your terrain crafting ! I absolutely want more.
Shared the first video with my friends who own a shop. Now we're looking at a group "dungeon craft" night to make a set for the shop
hell yes! I'd love to see how it turns out!!!

I'm loving this series! Pieces that add details could be the next in the series like wall sconces, treasure chests, and things of that ilk.

Columns, stairs, and platforms would be useful additions. Your dungeon set is shaping up nicely.

This video is just fantastic. I learn so much from you! I owe you my return to crafts and mini painting. You have here a fan for life.
These are a lot of fun to watch. I'm always glad to see crafting techniques.
I loved your foray into dungeon crafting when you first started Howlcity. Keep it up!
More videos in this series would be really cool !

Delve further into the dungeon!!
Yes to more terrain crafting!!
Good crafting. I think, would be possible to make some sci-fi themed ones? There are lots of games as Stargrave for which could be a great scenery item. Thanks for teaching.
I would really like to see how you could apply these techniques to make a Boarding Actions board for 40K.
Great stuff! They are satisfyingly chunky
Ive really been enjoying these dungeon craft videos!

You got to make dungeon tiles with traps!
These videos are great, keep em coming!
This is true nerd pron. Love it Popsickle Stick!
Ingenious!!!

Why must I always develop Internet crushes on crafty people?
Loving your crafting series. Definitely going to be using these techniques when I build the final set piece for my Star wars campaign.
Loving the dungeon tile videos! Also love your reference of Wyloch! It would be awesome to see you all partner on more videos.
I
Wyloch has made the Tb of Horrors and White Plume Mountain… you should do the Temple of Elemental Evil.
I really think there should be ran at the top of the doors to help pull them out that stick above the frames. Maybe a quarter inch.
Great stuff friend 👏 👍
hey i love this content. could make a video about cheap scifi/spaceship walls and doors? thanks!
the brown is a lot more interesting than the bog standard grey imo. it gives the dungeon a more Victorian feel, and less medieval
Ah, Fruitloops. A woman of culture.😉
I'm out of frootloops, would cinnamon toast crunch boxes work ? :P

door!
Howl Corp. Sounds like some rapacious megacorp.
Ok, hear me out... A GIANT DOOR. Like, cathedral style? It could take up two normal door slots, and be about 3x as tall?
ADDED to my TO DO list!!!!
Woohoo!
My dollar stores don't have foam board :|
Fruit Loops... Tsk, tsk. Fruity Pebbles all the way. 🤣
Everyone watch out, looks like there's a scammer posing as Dana in some of the comments.
