One thing I did think of regarding Eunuchs was Isaiah 56: 3 b to 5" Neither let the eunuch say Behold I am a dry tree, for this says the Lord To the eunuchs who keep My Sabbath's and choose what pleases Me and hold fast to My covenant to them I will give in My house and within my walls a memorial... The point is that even in the Old Testament God was speaking about loving and reaching out to these people. Perhaps it was a prophecy about the Eunuch that Phillip witnessed to
