All you need to do is plug in the USB C cable to the rear of the keyboard, then plug in the other end to your laptop or computer and make sure the power button is switched on.
@@DemCrumblies I did that all the time. I finally found it out, the keyboard works in USB mode when the power switch is OFF. When it's switch on, it operates with Bluetooth
