I have three theories about what might between us the player and Wally. It's either, A, Wally is trying to call for help and us the player is trying to save him and, in the end, putting his soul to rest with the rest of his friends. The images in a few later frames of this vid confirm that. Then yeah, we get the written confirmation. Baz is working with others, author of these notes. Baz's phone was somehow moved to film the apparition, live to twitch. The writing questions whether Baz was possessed to move it there before he went out, or the apparition moved it itself.... For Welcome Home I think maybe it's important to check the numbers. One of the links had a phone, there was a poster with a phone that says you can call them. I mean it's possible there might be a phone number for us to call that we haven't discovered or it hasn't been released.
I can't watch videos without subtitles - so always appreciate Baz pointing these things out and recommending that other creators start having subtitles!
Another thing is if you go to the guestbook and open the doodles in a separate tab and look at the file names some of them are super normal and some of them have a deeper meaning. I'm a loser that went through every page of the guest book and some of the entries are scribbled out, one doodle has a file name that says something about "no memories," stuff like that.
Maybe I'm alone in this, but I kinda hope that Wally isn't the mastermind behind everything. It feels a little tired at this point, let's have the show's main protagonist be a victim or even a warding force in the story for once. The only thing that couldn't be seen as a warning to come from the website in terms of the traditions of the genre is "Wally is your best friend," but we're talking about the everyman for an ensemble kids show, how is that kind of character going to think to gain people's trust *_BESIDES_* the whole "I'm everybody's best friend" type shtick?

Nice video but the title implies this is a Welcome Home video when it's not mentioned until 30 minutes into the video. Not trying to sound harsh, it's just a bit misleading.
Wally and Home are definitely intermingled, because if you click on Wally's house in the neiighnorhood and see the image of Wally sitting with his arm outstretched to Home's "eye", Home's pupil is shaking. When you click one of the decodings to that image of Wally saying "be quiet", Wally's pupils are doing the same shaky motion as Home's eye.

The wife was drawn in by something that sounded like Jack, killed her, and stuffed them in Shaw. I believe that Sophie had an older sister and was stuffed in Banny, and Boozo was either an older brother or relative. Billy the clown was the one girl from Vol. 2 where three people went in to clean everything up but was lost in the backrooms of K-9. Is it that because Sophie Walten takes pills to forget some bad occurrence, similar to The Caretaker's - Everywhere at the end of time, which is an album about dementia. Is this a subliminal message, am I thinking way too much, or is there something with this message later in the story? Who knows.

I think Wally is saying "you're his best friend" because he's trying to say he's a good Samaritan that's trying to guide you away from the danger.
