It is part a TV special she did called Mademoiselle Zhivago, which tells the story of different women. If you are amazed by this, you should hear her sing Violetta's aria from the opera La Traviata.

You are right this is from a Film, it’s „ Mademoiselle Zhivago“. There are nine short stories and Lara plays the main role in all of them.
