Ray, phenomenal videos. I CANNOT believe you give away all this for free. Like, seriously. You are so good at this too. Your have a zero "annoying" factor as well. keep up the great content and minimal chit chat-- never ever compromise on that! it's what sets you apart!
is it possible to pay you for your time to ask questions about house search and all if you weren't someone's primary agent? could I hire your "expertise"?
@@jamesdwithrow You’re near the airport and those neighborhoods in Del Valle are ghetto with bad schools. It also tends to flood in that area. It can make a 180 with new developments, possibly. But, if you’re from Austin, you typically want to be in the West side of IH35. Pay attention to the tax rates there. If there are any new developments, tax rate will be high, guarantee.
@@victoriagarcia5533 well, I guess I’m ghetto then. Housing dollars go further on the east side, traffic is way better, and you can bike to hip places. The east side is younger and more diverse. It’s true that there’s more airport noise… because the airport is closer, which is handy if you make a lot of trips.
Why is it that Tesla builds in areas without access to much housing? I believe the same issue is held with Sparks, Nevada. I remember reading stories of employees sleeping in their cars.
Milwood here. My home was finished in 99 . My backyard is parmer ln, and the freescald building across that. Have been really thinking about selling but its the buying a new place that keeps me from pulling the trigger
Any chances of that “Where to live near the domain” video coming out? I’m trying to get relocated from Seattle to Austin for work, and my company has offices near there.
Thank you Ray!! Would you recommend these neighborhoods for singles? If not, any suggestions as to where someone who is single in their mid 30s and commuting to the new campus should relocate to?
Hi, enjoy watching info on the different areas. i was curious to find homes that have some land, maybe backs to the woods or river. i like the idea of brushy creek where price is still below 400. Thanks
Hi Ericka, I've been thinking about relocating to Austin from Cali, looking for some great advice, where are some great diverse family friendly communities options??
@@calimolife My friend who works for amazon told me that westwood an westlake high school vicinities are good. Not sure what you are looking for in terms of price, schools and nightlife.... Personally westwood high school and bowie vicinities are my focus now. FYI, I have not been to austin, but planning to relocate from bay area.
Hello Ryan, I would like to schedule a call before we go to Austin in mind Jan, but your calendar is fully booked. Is there a way we can connect before our Austin visit? We plan to buy a home for self live and later move there.
Hey Bobby, for this video I just stuck to a 5 miles radius around Apple. That ended up cutting out most of Round Rock. In general, I like Round Rock. It has everything one needs and great schools. My only 2 negatives: 1. Depending on where you live, you may be dependent on i-35 to move north and south (not a fan of I-35). 2. Round Rock already has traffic. In Austin I expect traffic, but in suburbs it's surprising. I'm a bit concerned about what traffic looks like there in 5 years. 2 relatively small concerns, other than that I'm good with RR
Great video! Can you help me as I am someone who has never been to Austin and looking for a rental place , apartment style , near the office campus ! Also, as I cannot drive , looking for a place with great connections to the campus and downtown city too! Plz Help!
Jeeze, you are not even highlighting Parmer Lane. Uh.... it's like a main conduit from Avery, Scofield, Brushy Cree etc. to Apple, not to mention IBM, Dell etc.

Ray, I love your videos. They are so helpful and informative! Thank you!
I would really love to see a follow-up video, your videos are so helpful!
Please consider making a video for great home areas for the new Tesla gigafactory :)
There’s not that many. That area is not good. Consider Easton Park, South Austin areas.
@@victoriagarcia5533 What makes this area “not good” in your opinion?

I love how you drive these neighborhoods. This video is super informative. Thank you!
Very informative. Thanks for sharing. We’re thinking to move to Austin sometime this year and watching this helps us make the decision
You’re forgetting Balcones Woods neighborhood. Between, Domain and Arboretum walkable to both. 500plus residential homes.
There's a low priced self storage that just opened up across the street on Parmer and Anderson Mill (CubeSmart). I got a sweet deal there.
Thank you Ray, great video!!. I appreciate it. This is very helpful.
Glad it was helpful!

Such an informative video. Really appreciate your efforts
Thank you for sharing, very informative and detail.
This was so helpful as a new investor. Thank you
Awesome information, where would you suggest living when looking for a one bedroom apartment. That is safe and not too pricy. Thanks!
what about pflugerville, cantarra subdivision? what are your thoughts?
LMFAO! This is like a battle plan for Apple's conquest of Austin/Texas, lol!
Thank you for the amazing content! :)

Hello....great video. my son is moving to Austin and is looking for a furnished apartment close to Apple Headquarters. Do you have any suggestions?
This was very informative thank you!
In Canyon Creek most homes were built in early to late 90-s, some in early 2000

Just moved to the Riata apartments I’m 3 minutes from that location
Could you do a breakdown. Where to live if you work at Dell in Round Rock?
That's a good idea, thank you!
What do you think about Round Rock proper? Did you not cover it because it's not technically Austin or some other reason? Thanks.

What if I’m renting?
Hello there,
Would you please suggest where you see more Indian community in austin ?
Are you the same dude that made that video of Texas ports?
Interesting that you skipped the best neighborhood in this area. Balcones Woods is amazing. We are a tight group full of great people
considering you would be over 400K for a studio near Apple in Cupertino, under 400K for a whole house is a deal
Is there any Condo/ apartment for sale near Apple campus? Thanks!
I dont see any home for sale in Millwood TX.
I’m so confused. The new Apple campus will be at 45 and Parmer.
Yep, near the 45 toll.
Now Amazon/Facebook facility

Demand tele-commuting, stay in CA
They are in California. Apples HQ is in California‘s brand new $5 billion dollar headquarters. This in Austin is just a small expansion.
naaa. all the neightbohood are in the flood plane...i pass... N. Austin is better.
I actually don't give a shit about schooling, just need a small modern nice house.
