Thank you Jesus for this message. Unfortunately, people skip over the first 7 versus of John Chapter 3 and go straight to John 3:16. The message of being born of the SPIRIT is powerful. Many have the water but no SPIRIT. Thank you Pastor Winans I grew up and didn't receive the SPIRIT until I was in my 20s. July 20, 1986. GOD has used me to evangelize ever since. to scripture 📖, this is how we must be born again of the water 💦 and of the spirit, these are the true saints of God because they have obeyed Acts chapter 2) verse 38), thank God for pastor whining preaching this today, there are not many preachers and others that are in the ministry preaching to people to let them know they must be born again, because you got to have the spirit which is the holy Ghost living inside, and you must have the water 💦 baptism that washes away your sin, first repentance, second baptism, third the holy Ghost, now when we obey those three we are complete in the Lord Jesus Christ to come up out of the water 💦 from being baptized walking in the newness of life, after receiving the spirit your lifestyle now should change by you hearing what the holy Ghost say because the Bible said it is a teacher a it will guide you into all truth, and you will have power, now let me prove that because I'm doing this talking about you can have power, but the Bible says in the book of Acts chapter 1) verse 8), but ye shall receive power after that the holy Ghost is come aupon you: and ye shall be witnesses unto me both in Jerusalem, and in all Judea, and in Samaria, and unto the utmost part of the earth 🌎, I'll explain this version verse means, if you have not obeyed this scripture 📖 to receive the holy Ghost, you can not be a witness for the Lord Jesus Christ, why ⁉️ because if you don't receive the holy Ghost with the evidence of speaking in other tongues 🤪 the stripper proves that you don't have no power without the holy Ghost, but after the holy Ghost is come upon you you shall receiv power to be a witness of the Lord Jesus Christ, there are a lot of people trying to be a witness for the Lord and somebody needs a witness to them concerning receiving the holy Ghost, is that clear ⁉️, and the reason why this is going on in the Earth 🌎 because this message is not being preached much for the people to hear the truth, just like pastor winding he said God he is a Wonder 🤔 oh yes he is I know he is, we need to know who Jesus is for those that don't, Acts chapter 2) verse 38), and the book of Acts chapter 1) 8), it will let you know who Jesus is, and in the book of Acts chapter 2) verse 2), and suddenly there came a sound from heaven as of a rushing mighty wind 🌬️, and it filled all the house 🏡 where they were sitting, verse 3) and there appeared unto them cloven tongues 🤪 like as fire 🔥, and it set upon each of them, verse 4), and they were all filled with the holy Ghost and begin to speak 🗣️ with other tongues 🤪, as the spirit gave them utterance, I'll explain this verse means this is how to receive the spirit of God, we see in these verses this sound came from heaven not man 👦🏽, and they spell with other tongues 🤪 meaning this is a language that can only come from God by the spirit of God, nobody can teach you how to speak in other tongues 🤪 why ⁉️ because it is spiritual and the Bible said they spoke in other tongues 🤪 as the spirit gave them utterance, meaning this utterance that they spoke🗣️ it came from the spirit of God, and this is how they all was filled with the holy Ghost like as of fire meaning fire 🔥 and the holy Ghost fire 🔥, and it came as a mighty rushing wind 🌬️ and it set upon each of them, and it feels all the house 🏡 where they were sitting, that means they were not standing up, they were sitting down with one Accord me with one mind to receive the holy Ghost, please read this word for yourself, I'm talking to you that has not obeyed the scripture to receive forgiveness of sin and the holy Ghost and fire holy Ghost and fire 🔥 what you might receive God's spirit, and have power to be a witness for the Lord Jesus Christ, my prayer is that whoever is watching this video 📸 and you're not a believer yet to receive the spirit of God, I pray that you have a change of mind to receive the gift 🎁 of the holy Ghost, and the water 💦 baptism that your sins will be washed away in the name of
