my pfp is the 遠くの愛好家 one, i aint payin thousands of dollars for videos that are 2 minutes in length at most each (i downloaded all 8 nfts onto my computer with a simple right click and then clicking save video)
it’s not the video you pay for it’s more like the digital title to own the NFT. The future of NFT’s looks uncertain but various ones are sold for higher prices all the time, if people decide they have value, then they’re valuable.

@@tokyonova2814 yeah i saw that one too. kinda wish it was Recovery instead of Restore, makes the whole thing feel more slowburning, and wistful, and bittersweet to me. but love what HKE said that "It's about reliving the same story in another time and space … again and again. Not so much reincarnation but the endless cycle of the universe as it expands and contracts forever, time repeating itself."

On one hand this is beautiful but on the other I can't support creators who feel the need to buy into the planet destroying pyramid scheme that is NFTs
I get it's their work and all but id be much more supportive of this if it was a visual album uploaded to UA-cam like PXL by Ecco2k, or even something like Endless by Frank Ocean that while you do need to pay for an apple store membership at least you don't have to hork over thousands of dollars in order to view it
And if they still wanna make money off it then at least find some alternative way to sell them rather than forcing people to go through crypto shit that uses entire countries worth of power for their servers, and causes scarcity on PC parts due to NFTbros buying them to power said servers
