- Trying to get everything in order for a successful cheese making season. After knee replacement surgery I Knew my working hours would be limited so I jumped in on it as soon as I could. So far so good. Just a few odds and ends to do to get things finish up. Soon goat birthing season will start and that will consume a lot of the time each of us have. Although I must say that that part of Ozark Mountain Goats is mostly a Josie's specialty. I can only help out when I can. And this season is coming fast!

Thank you! We’re very blessed to have a nice place to make cheese.
I wish I had a grandpa like you
Be sure and share a video of your cheddar recipe when you get it perfected 👍
Yes I plan on putting some videos out this year. Thanks for watching!
How interesting!
Thank you 😊
Hey Jim. That is a pretty nice setup you guys got. I like those Dutch presses. Did you design them yourself or did you find some plan online? I hope that the storm doesn't hit you guys are bad as they are reporting it will. You guys take. Dean
Thanks Dean - I bought a press and then duplicated the design. I really like them. We ended up getting at least 8 inches of snow but it’s warm and sunny today so melting is well underway. Thanks and take care ~ Jim
@@OzarkMountainGoats You did a great job duplicating it. Holly cow thats a hammering with snow! At least for you guys it won't be around for months on end. You take care. Dean
I would love to have that press set up you have I would use it a lots
I really like the Dutch presses.
