you pronounce it like "exit" except with a D. Honestly, there's a really easy way to figure out if you have to pronounce every letter or if it's just one word. If it's annoying or weird to say the name of the group then it's probably wrong lmao. EXID for example, saying E, X, I, D separately is too long and annoying. A counter example is BTS; you say them separately because saying "bts" is weird.
Ken Park if Hani pronounces it "E-X-I-D", it's probably right, so...
