- Hi everyone, after getting this Bosphore backpack for a few weeks and using it - here are my 1st impressions on the bag. I've also include a quick what's in my bag (WIMB) for my Hong Kong trip + mods shots of how the bag looks like worn. Hope you enjoy!

I love love my bophore backpack!!! ❤️ I use mine as a workhorse bag n the leather ties still didn't fray yet. It's been yrs. I use a pouch inside as a catch all. Thanks for sharing the idea with the D-ring lock! 👍🏻❤️😘😘😘Sandy

Such a thorough review!!!!! Thank you thank you!!! I've been eyeing this bag for a very long time! That's such a great idea for using the key chain for the "lock"! Also, do you know if LV will replace the straps if they become damaged? I know they replace vachetta and hardware for a price, but I'm not sure about the straps! Thanks again!
hi babe! hmmm....i'm not sure about that....i don't think they will unless it is damaged. But i can imagine it will costs a bomb to replace. Might as well get a new bag! :O

Great video Kat! If i'm not wrong, LV used to have a backpack called the Montsouris which had a D-ring inside. Btw,thanks for the bag charm lock tip for the side compartment! ❤️

Use strong safety pins..works great for me..get 2 big one's
I have this and love it
I use pouches on the inside to make it easier to grab what I need
I just loop the string or tie it,it gets easier to open and close,just like any bag
I use my Artsy charm,for my keys on the Dee ring and tuck them inside
Enjoy this treasure in the very best of health

very comprehensive review! I got the montsouris during uni days and sold it in '99 dirt cheap for sgd200 as haversacks wasnt trending then - now you have revived my interest, i regret selling that bag... :(((

just when i was searching review on YT and then i found yours like Kaching! the last time I carried a backpack was in school 20 years ago . And like you I'd prefer to wear it high and no gap. I dont know now coz I'm having second thoughts 🤔 since you mentioned the strap slip loose. I travel only during my kids sch hols so it might not get much use (should I?) but it's still a good looking backpack!
Nenny L the strap loose is not such a bad thing, it is just a matter of getting used to it 😅 the bag is so functional and pretty, it is WORTH getting used to it!

143 SOFIA it’s discontinued. They no longer make it. So you’d have to buy it preloved.

Leatherprince on Instagram sells a vachetta slider, so you don't have to tie the string. I use it on this backpack and my noe bb. 😉

Mine has a D ring. Not sure when yours was made. But I definitely have one and it’s 💯% Authentic.
mine was made in 2017, so it could be a newer design. I would definitely prefer it if they kept the D-rings

This is my favourite backpack that lv does ❤️ but the straps dropping would drive me nuts 🥜😂😂 it's a shame they are discontinuing it 😞 lv seem to be discontinuing a few things at the moment which is annoying as some of them I want 😂😂😂😂😳 great video Kat xxxxx 😘😘😘 oh and I know that on ig someone makes sliders for bags with these strings on to make it easier to use them!! I think it's pink vanille 🤔🤔 could be wrong with the name but it's something like that xx
