Does anyone know why mine has stopped working? My third saying using my pc and I had gifs working first two days but today it stopped. When I go to lighting and hover over the kraken z73 there isn’t anything below it like the LCD display. That was there the first two days which is how I got gifs. But now it’s gone. Not sure why. For me it’s just kraken z73 in the left and adjust kraken z73 in the right corner. Under lighting tab. If anyone knows why this happened please let me know, Thank you.

I don't know if you will see this but, Are you able to just add normal images into the screen I have my logo but its not a gif. am I able to use it or does it have to be a gif. and is there a way for me to turn it into a gif so I can use it?
yes you can rotate it. To rotate your display, head to the "Lighting" tab in CAM, then press the "About Kraken Z3" button. From here, you'll be able to rotate the display to an angle that fits your setup better. The display can be rotated at +90 Degrees, +180 Degrees, or at -90 Degrees.
There was an update to the software this week. Click on lighting and then you should have options you can figure out from there. Let me know if you have issues
@@DARTHSKATER7 I was able to fix the connection. I think it was due to the order my wires were plugged in but after rearranging everything my Z53 was able to show up on the CAM software. Thanks!

Yo I'm having trouble with my kraken z63, every time i boot up my pc from sleep mode the gif doesn't load onto the display. In the CAM app I saw the loading screen and it's taking forever to load the gif and still nothing. I don't know if you have the same problem but was hoping if you know anything about what's causing it.
I had to delete all the gifs and reupload it again, however, I don't really like doing that. I just want to boot up my pc from sleep mode and see my gif on the lcd display.
Is there any possibility to add the gifs to the carrousel? Because I like them but also like to see the temperature and others, but I can’t find the gif option in carrousel :(

U've got the basic version of the kraken cooler, only the elite version has full circled display showing with a better refresh rate

You may need to consult the manual. Unfortunately I'm unfamiliar with that version.

You always just open the nzxt app and see your temps. The thing here is either you want the nice video or actual info for your pc.
For some odd reason on my x63 it doesn't allow me to select GIFs in the NZXT Cam Software. Someone Help :(

That's a strange bug. It should come on automatically every time. Try reinstalling it ok. Let me know if that works.
