  • In the recent blog post, I dumped and reversed the latest VAC modules and briefly discussed security and the importance of the changes Valve has been making to deal with cheaters. VACNet has also improved.
Although fantasy.cat solutions like Constellation, Astrogalaxy, Aurora, Astrogalaxy2, Quasar and Umbra has not created Trust Factor issues nor bans since launch of these solutions. These changes by Valve has caused trust factor issues and small ban waves for other providers.
One of the VAC modules that was dumped, I tried to emulate it and recode it inside of Whitehat. As you can see, the emulation is very quick. Any tampering to CS:GO or Team Fortress 2 should be noticeable.
I've tested this with a few public cheats. I do not own p2c or have access to other providers. However, fantasy.cat members are testing it with other providers and are showing detection vectors using the VAC module emulation. Towards the end it says "TF2/CSS hack found". The detection counter doesn't get reset after CS:GO is checked. Accident. Didn't want to re-record.
