- हमे कैसे पता चलेगा की बेबी ड्राप होगया है और बेबी श्रेणी में अंदर आ पोछा है। आज Dr Supriya Puranik इस वीडियो में बेबी Dropping क्या होता है ये विस्तार में बताते है।
Baby Dropping को हम Baby को चोकट में उतरना या lightening होना बोलते है। बेबी द्रोप्पिंग का मतलब है की बेबी का सर जो pelvic cavity के ऊपर रहता है वो अब pelvis में अंदर आ गया है। और यही संकेत रहता है की अभी डिलीवरी का passage ready होने लगा है। यानि अपना शरीर प्रसव केलिए तैयार हो रहा है।
Baby dropping कब शुरू होता है ?
जब हम पहली बार pregnant रहते है तब Baby dropping अलग समय में होता है और जब हम २ या ३ बार प्रेग्नेंट होते है तो Baby dropping अलग समय में होता है। इसकी कोई भविष्यवाणी नहीं होती। कभी कभी हमारे घर के बुज़ुर्गोंको ये दिखाई देता है। जब हमारा बेबी बम्ब कम हो जाता है तब वो बताते है की डिलीवरी अब हफ्ते या २ हफ्तों में होने वाली है। Baby dropping साडे आठ महीने तक शुरू हो जाता है।
जब हम पहली बार प्रेग्नेंट होते है तब Baby dropping ये डिलीवरी से पहले होता है। लगभग ८०% माँ में ये डिलीवरी से पहले होता है।
हमे कैसे पता चलेगा की Baby dropping हुआ है ?
१- हमे सांस लेने में आसानी होती है।
२- जब बेबी निचे उतरता है तब गर्भाशय का मुँह पर pressure देता है।
३- हमारे pelvic में, निचले हिस्से में बहोत ही pressure महसूस होता है।
४- बार बार bathroom जाना।
५- Pelvic के निचले हिस्से में दर्द होना शुरू हो जाता है।

Hello, I also faced same issue , couldn't even move and change sides on bed, it happened during 3rd and 4th month, it was really painful, it reduced in 5th month and now my 6th month started from today and there is no pain at all, according to my doctor uterus size was increasing which was causing this pain, there is no medicine for that, I was asked to take paracetamol incase pain is too much but I never took that as well and it reduced by itself with time. Also if we have movement more then it reduces, whenever I used to dance I used to feel better
