The Japanese sure do know how to make "Feel good" music. I just adore this song to death. With songs like this existing in the world, why do we still have wars and grief? This is just so sublime.
" With songs like this existing in the world, why do we still have wars and grief?" i would say because the people who make songs like this and the the people who listen to songs like this are not in charge...and also you know stuff happens...people get into fights ...its human nature ina sense...but humans should know better by now... "The Japanese sure do know how to make "Feel good" music." yeah i showed my friend whos a real good guitarist and he didnt seem super impressed but i told him sure Masayoshi isnt the most technical or the most original artist but he has a a little bit of everything...technique ...originality....style...great musicians behind him ...good composer...and it all turns into just like you said feel good music....it really brightens your day...
Just like everyone else I love this song!! I tried my best to get the chords (concert pitch) They're a little sharp in the tuning :) 0:02 Intro: GM7/A Ab7/Bb GM7/A 0:18 A-section: (DM7 B-7 E-7 A7) ( ~ ) ( ~ ) E-9 E-9 E-9 A 0:34 A-section2: (DM7 B-7 E-7 A7) ( ~ ) ( ~ ) E-9 E-9 F- B-7 C#7 E-7 A A 0:55 Chorus: DM9 E-7/A repeats at 2:44 the entire thing starts over again, once at chorus it repeats until the end
to be fair George made that song popular but its not his song at least i dont think...someone else wrote it and Gabor Szabo played it first ...but his version is a little different... George Benson really put that song on the map....
@@Red4350 You're Bang On,the tune was written by Bobby Womack and you can find it on the Album "High Contrast" by Hungarian guitarist Gabor Szabo with Bobby playing rhythm guitar.Recorded and released in 1971 on the Blue Thumb Label I am delighted to have the vinyl release-BTS 28 along with many other highly recommended Szabo LPS.By the way,you may have noticed that Carlos Santana frequently slips into "Breezin'" when playing live particularly on "Samba Pa Ti"-Great tune!-Jay from the UK.

@@Red4350 it's also his personality. Just look at his album covers. Takanaka enjoys life
@@Red4350 how do you mean not original? It doesn't get more original than this
Because this song is only 7 min long and the war in the Middle East has been going on for at least 8 minutes now
@@tokyo1956 I guess we need to start creating 20+ year-long songs lol
Takanaka, dude.
I think I overplayed the studio version, but this just breathes new life into this masterpiece for me!
this is my favorite song
Thank you for watching :)
Completely justified.
He's still so dammm handsome! And looks super young
I’m convinced he has stopped aging
Plays guitar passably well too !
I love the tropical motif.

6 people tried to play this, gave up, and started hatin...
This song has the best guitar solo ever :O
GOD I fucking love takanaka
Nice guitar. Hello from Brazil.
AKIRA WATANABE
cool improvisation of George Benson's Breezin 5:49
kinda forced imo

My favorite part of the solo I think the execution is immaculate

Takanaka sounds awesome in this one! Good night

Hello, since when has ever doesnt sound awesome???

Where is this in South Korea or where ?
Japan

good video!!
His name is Makoto Aoyagi.
Thanks :)

Who is on Saxophone & Piano ??
Late reply but Makoto Aoyogi (as a Naniwa Express fan I was pretty surprised to see him on this)
