HOW TO SET TOUCHSCREEN WATCH

Firstly, pls touch the screen once, it will start.
1) Then touch and hold about 10 seconds 2) Pls select 12function by touching the screen. Then,
3) Hold again, Hour will start to flash. Set the hour by touching the screen. Then,
4) Hold again and set Minute. Then,
5) Hold and set the Year
6) Hold and set month and date

I have a sharp watch with one button (The power button). Ive been trying to change the time on it. Ive read I had to go into settings to find an option "Mode", I DONT have that option. The only options in the settings are Change Dial, Find Phone, QR Code App, Brightness, Reset, and About.
I have tried holding down onto the main screen but all that does is change the wallpaper. Ive tried every option Ive found on the internet but nothing works or even explains how to change the time :/
