Superb and best review out of many Z407 review I have read and watched. Your review ended my mini-tiny hesitation to get one of this. Thank you and keep up the good work..
This is by far the best review I have watched about these speakers (and I watched quite a few). You made me fully understand the features of these speakers in a simple, straightforward manner. Great work!
thank you for this review, many others werent as detailed as yours. because most of the reviews were mainly based on the blue tooth i though i had to buy a bluetooth adapter lol. but you showed the usb part and now im thankful i watched this!
During the shifting to my new home i broke my wireless dial and now the speakers are not connecting with the pc even with the aux cable plugged or the usb plugged if anyone can help regarding this matter, thanks in advance.
is there another way to manually change the input (AUX, USB & BLUETOOTH) selection without the puck? say for instance if it runs out of batteries, breaks or gets lost?
Yes. You can go into your sound settings and choose which output as long as you have it connected to that specific IO port on both computer and speakers. I connected to all 3 IO simultaneously and was able to choose which one to use. You just won't be able to adjust the bass since that's only done on the BT puck unless you have EQ controls on your computer.
what do you do with the dial when u turn off ur PC? cuz when i turned my pc off the dial just keeps flashing and i had to remove the batteries to stop the lights from flashing
You have a digital toslink audio out on the back of your TV. You connect the toslink cable to a external DAC, and go from dac to speakers via RCA cable. Done
my wireless dial control is broken ..... i cant use the spaker anymore. can anyone advise on else i can ue this speaker without the remote control dial
Ohh sad that the dial is broken.. have you tried inserting a new battery? If it's not working anymore, I suggest to contact Logitech customer service and see if they can support you.
I bought these speakers yesterday and through the USB DAC it sounds very flat especially with treble tones even with bass turned way low all the high frequency sounds are seemingly gone. Just commenting this if anybody else notices. 3.5mm is ok.
I don't have neither audioengine nor edifier to compare with. But audioengine is much like a studio speaker, so it has a flat sound profile. Z407 on the otherhand, is a 2.1 system so it's on the "bassier" side.
so can u technically connect this speaker to your phone, then switch to 3.5mm headphone jack when you need pc noise? (if the jack was already plugged in the first place)
unfortunately you did not test audio coming from movies or speeches via bluetooth because it doesnt match, i think it doesnt have bluetooth 5.0 version, i am having hard time to plug in the aux hence i dont know yet the quality from aux connection in regard to the problem i mentioned
Thanks. To adjust the base volume, long press the dial. You will hear a chime and you can now adjust it in the dial. To go back to the normal volume adjustment mode, just long press the dial again.

This or creative pebble 2.1? I can't decide which to get.

They are absolutely amazing! I never heard speakers sound so good!
best review and most useful.. thank you, i ordered them and had them delivered yesterday and thought i should update you.
Enjoy your new speakers!
That was the most informative review I've seen for this speaker thanks bro
I got these in Dec. 2022 not bad for the price, it's functional louder than monitor/television speakers great buy for budget minded consumers.
Nice review, bro! I just got them today. I agree with color options. I would have loved to have these in white.

is there a white noise problem when there is no audio?
How is it power on and off? Thank you
I know these don't have a CRAZY amount of bass obvi , but I have a small gaming set up in my room theses will do for decent bass right? Thanks 💜
Yes.
Do we have any delay when using bluetooth

I think no other way. yeah, that's the disadvantage.

I get the sound check when I plug it in, but I have no incoming sound. Windows 10 if anyone can help me on this.
I have a question: how do you turn it off?
Can i use it with my android phone via bluetooth?
is there an on/off switch?
hi i’m in serious trouble, i’ve bought this speakers 3 days ago and i’ve lost the controller pod, what can i do?
i am stuck in the same problem let me know if you find any way to use them without it buddy.
Hi!! Does it works for ps5? Ps5 doesnt support blutooth audio so how can i pair them? Thanks
You hook it up to the tv not ps5

Nice Video! Is the speaker going into standby mode every 15mins?
Thanks! I don't think it goes to standby mode.
@@peter7james Like it doesn't turn itself off after a period of inactivity?
@@quinn6426 it doesnt..

Question does this have an AUX plug in or cord so I can use this with my sound card? Thanks 💜
Yes. It has an aux (3.5mm audio jack and long cable)
These speakers are loud for the price. Aux mode with monster 3.5 cable is the way to go.
Can you replace the Bluetooth receiver 🤔
same
Can you pair this with multiple bluetooth devices at the same time? Have you compared sound quality with the likes of audioengine and edifier 1280db?
I don't have neither audioengine nor edifier to compare with. But audioengine is much like a studio speaker, so it has a flat sound profile. Z407 on the otherhand, is a 2.1 system so it's on the "bassier" side.
Foe the bluetooth, it can be paired up to 8 devices. But I haven't tried connecting them at the same time. I will try it and give you a feedback. 😉

Yes. There are buttons for switching the sound source on the wireless dial.
How can i power on/off the bluetooth, usb, audio device?
There are buttons on the wireless dial for the audio source. For the power, there's no physical switch. Just pull the power cord.
Hi! Do you know how can I connect this on my tv? Thank you
You can use the 3.5mm jack (aux) to connect.
Can u turn off speakers bluetooth (or is always turned on)?
Always on. There’s no physical switch for turning off or on for the speaker.

Have you attempted to use the USB connection to fix the latency issue?
Very Nice Speaker , CLear Review from you, Many Thanks.
Can i use it with my android phone via bluetooth
Yes you can use it.
Im wondering my old creative a350 has better quality.. mas malinis ang tunog nya kahit 20rms lang sya..nasira lang bass nya kaya nakabili ako nito.
i have the same one ....loving it🥰
i need to know how you turn the disk puck off
It can’t be turned-off. It will go to low power mode when not in use (after a certain period).
@@peter7james ho do you open it to change the batteries??
@闘将ダイモス thats right
I wish they have 4 speakers setup because two isn't good enough

Try new batteries. Unplug and plug the power on the speaker.
