मैने meerut Up में 2 साल पहले इसको 250 के हिसाब से खरीदा था। जब 7294 100 से 120 की थी लेकिन अब 7294 200 से ऊपर है। diy के दौरान ic overheat हो गयी थी LM3886 ओर वो चलना बन्द हो गयी में समझा ये तो गयी लेकिन कुछ ही देर बाद वो वर्किंग में आ गयी आज भी मेरे पास है वर्किग fine।

As we know the output current of linear voltage regulators (e.g. LM7805, LM7812, ...) are very low. We can increase the current with use of any power transistor. But for dual supply is it necessary to increase the current of the the negative part. If so, how. Can I put the output of LM7912 to the base of 2SC5200 transistor to get high current negative 12 volts. Please reply. Thanks :)
Transistor can be added for increasing the current capacity of regulator ics. In dual supply, negative part also requires same current. There are circuits on the internet. Please search.

TDA7294 response is flat clear crystal sound not painted like LM3886 which is heavier on bass. So 7294ic is excellent
