I’m switching to tslim x2 insulin pump I do have iPhone 12 this feature will be good for me to use can’t wait for it to launch.

My son and I both wear tandem pumps but I’m very excited to use this feature for him so I can bolus him remotely and not make him come to me for dealing with his pump. I don’t have a compatible phone so I hope that changes!
Me too! I'm sure that they'll expand this out to other phones within the first few months.
FYI, I don't believe they will support "remote" bolus (for instance, bolus from your phone while your child is at school or outside). It appears that this will only support controlling the pump that is paired to the local phone via bluetooth.
when are they going to bring out the bolus mobile app for iphone 13 pro max runs on 16.02 ?
I believe it’s been released for the iPhone 13.
The website now shows 7 Android phones and 20 ios phones that are compatible. I just got my email back today saying I get to be part of Limited Launch within the next few weeks.

I am type 2 diabetes I am on pills now but im getting some highs and some. Lows because I have a freestylelibre2 im look for something different any tips im tired of the pills I tryed the shots? Before ozempic and Victoza
Definitely be a good idea to talk to your endocrinologist to see what they recommend. Theres a lot of new medications out now on the market, Ozempic even comes in a pill form now called Rybelsus. I wish you the best of luck.

Just a heads up. You have a giant mic but your vocals are quiet. Turned up the volume to actually hear you and your sound effects are ridiculously loud

I really want this pump so bad the 780G uses to many applications on the phone to let him work perfect. Everything i hear is for me as a 780G user a dream, a dream of being freed of using buttons, and enjoying the diabetes life as it should.

@@diabetesdailydigest seeming is not the same as handling the tslim has features where only Medtronic could dream of and they must keep updating their pump
Yeah Tslim definitely seems to be the most advanced with a lot of their features. Medtronic will need to make some upgrades to remain competitive with Tslim.

Talking about discretion that way just supports the shame culture that T2 brings on us all. It’s just a convenient feature because the clip for this thing makes it hard to get on and off a belt.
Certainly wasn’t my intention. As a diabetic myself for over 30 years I have no shame in having the disease, but I also understand why others may want the ability to sometimes access their diabetes technology discreetly and maybe not have to answer questions about what they’re doing. I certainly understand both sides and having a option like this is certainly a nice option for many people, some people are proud to display their insulin pump and that’s great, and some want to be discreet about it and I support both.
The support from Tandem is ridiculous! What a joke! will run on every phone in the Galaxy market except the phone i own. Whats the difference between a galaxy S22 running Android 13 and a A54 running Android 13? NOTHING! but one phone isn't supported the other is. TANDEM, get your shit together and lets let the people use the features you advertise!
What about the iPhone 14 pro max ? Will it work for that ?
