The words passion = patience come to mind watching this; he did the whole thing, decided he needed to fix his cnc router and then did it all again! you can see watching this the g-code is wrong in places; not the creators fault perhaps, but watching it the cut pattern it waisting time and energy.
I like them
The way you vacuum might introduce EMI, id ground that shop vac hose 🙏😸
@@SirKuhnheronot a very effective vacuum, hardly picking up anything. Check the filters on the air exhaust side, likely blocked. Or blockage on intake side.
Why not just square up the stock with the CNC and then use edge guides and clamps for a solid reference point for the underside op?
Boa noite meu amigo teria como vc fazer um vídeo de como vc fez a ligação desse spindlee na placa mach3
Might do that in the future. But for now I'm done upgrading my CNC. I'd rather actually use it for something :)
you'd rather put the location pins as far as possible from each other to gain precision
That is absolutely right. I think it doesn't matter for the part I made in the video because it's so small. I will keep that in mind. Thanks.
Hope you are enjoying your summer break! Once again thank you for showing how to machine a part by turning it over on the same axis. Very useful method. Also the redesign of the spindle mount made a big difference. Looking forward to see you cut aluminium plates. Oh I forgot, the animations are great! Keep up the good work.
