Very well done - I just watched this one and the bent over row. Sometimes people on UA-cam spend 12 minutes explaining how to do an exercise. In those cases, more is less. Yours are concise, clear, and very well demonstrated.
I also know that people in my audience have some lifting experience, so they most likely need reminding of the point of other movements than the big 3/4
@@JSStrength Yeah I don’t actually count out the tempo, I just make sure I take my time with the eccentric. Too many powerlifters and science-based boys ignore the validity of feel. I get standardizing the competition lifts, but moving in a way that generates sensation in the target musculature seems like a pretty optimal approach to hypertrophy work

If I could only do one set of posterior chain work, I’d do a tempo RDL with a pause at the bottom. S-TIER.
a great option! I just don't have the patience to standardize the reps on that movement, so I just make sure I'm under control the whole time.
