ILLOWA FCA - East Moline, IL - The Western Big Six "home court advantage' called Ryan Webber back to the Quad Cities. The former Moline boys basketball coach left the QCs for three years to lead Warren High School's program in Gurnee, Illinois. Webber is now calling the shots at United Township and loves the 'home sweet home' feeling.
