LOL.....yeah we didnt plan to buy one. We actually went to get my wife a new 40 inch tv and our nieces some electric scooters......we saw that and my wife insisted we get it for the nieces and nephews......I imagine these will be all the rave soon......maybe not Turboman league.....but they are sold out on Amazon and private sellers trying to get 400 a pop for them now.

My nieces still LOVE it.....I just ended up giving it to them. Now the ORIGINAL wheel on the front ended up coming off....but when I wrote the company they sent me out an upgraded wheel (and I believe thats their new version) at no charge. They still play with it about everyday.

Help?! We have the same Hoverboard and we can't turn it off when it's connected to the kart. The Hoverboard-1 will turn off if it's not attached tot he kart. Any ideas?
Hmmm....that doesnt make any sense. The hoverboard itself is actually a separate entity. Its the same switch you throw. Just make sure your straps are not covering or interfering with that button. The cart itself has no electronic function or connection to the board. POSSIBLY the straps are too tight and its keeping the panels pressed on the hoverboard somehow over riding the turn off function??? You could try to loosen the straps and see if that helps. The straps need to be not too tight or too loose for proper function anyway. I ended up giving mine to my nieces seen in the video and they still play with it daily. GL
Let the channel know if you find a fix. If nothing works I would return it for another. There may be something wrong but my guess is there isnt if the board itself turns off.
Hi, I brought this for my 10 year old Friday ((2 days ago)) and already 2 of the Velcro straps have broken ((they seem to rubbed and just split)) am I doing something wrong because it is stressing me out lol ... he only weighs about 98lb so he’s within the weight limit Thank you 😊
Hey Samantha. Yeah that is definitely one of the weak points of this machine. Its simply a matter of trial and error to get them just the right amount of tightness....has to be perfect. I would suggest you write the company and request extra straps. As you know they include an extra set (and we know why).....but they should help you out. I wish I had a magical solution but again its just a matter of playing with the right tightness of the velcro straps. GL
How do you adjust the slide brackets on the peal arms. As soon as I turn it on it takes off because the weight of the kart activates the pedals on the scooter.
Yes it takes some tweaking to get right. Honestly its just trial and error. But soon you will figure it out and it will be smooth. I wish I could give some magical piece of advice.....and if I still had it I would make a video showing how I adjust it......but I ended up giving it to my nieces and they played with it until they destroyed it.....but they played LONG and hard with that thing!
Bought my kids this for Christmas. I'm positive its put together correctly. But it doesn't work properly. It will not go straight. Only left or right but mostly left. I've calibrated it several times. Will be taking it back.
Yeah I def would! Sounds like you got a lemon. You might TRY adjusting the straps more tightly or less tightly. That can cause problems if not cinched right. But if ANY question I would take back to Walmart. I ended up giving mine to my nieces shown here.....they still ride it to this day.
Beeping will occur automatically when your Hoverboard detects that the surface the hoverboard is on or the hoverboard platform itself is tilted backward or forward by more than 15 degrees, or if the hoverboard is sitting on an incline that exceeds 30 degrees. Try moving your Hoverboard to a flat, smooth surface or try keeping your hoverboard balanced level.

The one I bought for my daughter doesnt shut off when I try to shut it off with the kart on I literally have to unstrap it and take the kart off to shut it off anyone know why
If thats happening you should immediately contact the manufacture and ask for instructions or a replacement. I actually broke the front wheel (well my nieces did) and wrote them and they actually sent me a complete new frame with upgraded wheel in the mail. Something like your explaining is dangerous and if they are smart liability wise they will take care of it ASAP!
Just make sure the problem is not that you have the straps on too tight. It takes some playing around with it to tweak just the right tension.....otherwise the cart takes off by itself because the straps put pressure on it giving it a "go" command. But if your hitting the power button and its not turning off SOMETHING serious is wrong. Contact Manufacture.....not the person you purchased it from unless you just want a refund.
I bought two for my kids they rode once and ran the battery out and we charged it where the charger was green took it off now the thing won’t turn on at all if you can help would be appreciated
Wow....that sounds terrible! Couple of things. 1. Anytime you buy one of these chargeable devices hesitate taking it out of the box and trying it. Keep the switch in the OFF position if there is one.....and charge it the specified time....6, 10, 12 etc hours for a full charge. THEN fire it up and run it until about dead.....then full charge it. Then MONTHLY whether you use the item or not.....charge it fully. This will keep these devices in OPTIMAL condition. 2. Check the manual for any RESET functions. Follow those instructions. VERY sorry I cant be of more help.....my nieces HAVE the hovercart and manual and I dont have access to it. 3. If that doesnt work KEEP your receipt (if not its on your credit card) and take back to Walmart and DEMAND a refund in full. You can also TRY contacting Hoverx. Question......Is this same thing happening with BOTH of your hovercarts....you said you bought two. Mine is still going strong....and the nieces run the HECK out of it.....yesterday I visited them and they were basically using it to go mudding in their yard.....it actually goes good in grass and dirt. Yeah I would have but the video would have been WAY too long. Its REALLY easy to put together if you lay out the pieces like I did in the video. If you have any questions let me know. I would suggest buying a gel protective cover for the hoverboard because if not it WILL get scratches if you have it on the blacktop, cement, or rocky areas. Enjoy!

I had it work itself loose and LUCKILY I was able to find the male and female threaded parts....tighten.....and your back in business. Now if the wheel is actually broken or damaged then yes I would take back for full refund......OR ask for partial refund and buy a new wheel. The FIRST thing I would actually do is call customer service for HoverX.....THEY might send you a brand new wheel at no expense. But if you just want a full refund you know Walmart is good for it. GL

@@JeffeSlim Ahhh. Yes begin by loosening the bolts and adjusting to fit the top of your hoverboard....not too tight....not too loose. But we can readjust later if needed. Then run the velcro straps through and pull tight on each side. It should not be so tight that it pushes down the pedals on your hovercart.....but firm. Some trial and error is needed for that process and luckily they send you extra velcro straps because they DO get dirty and wear out.
Something BAD wrong there. I had a wheel bearing go out and I contacted them.....they are sending a replacement out and I have tracking. In your situation you need to go back to Walmart and DEMAND a refund.....or contact them through their website.....its not easy and its ALL through email.....but you can do it. GL
No there is no trick to it. Simply plug it into the wall. Make sure to test the outlet.....you can TRY testing the actual ac adapter/cord if you have the proper testing tool/gauge......other than that its plug and play. You can TRY a manual reset. I believe you should simply hold the power button in for like 7 seconds (maybe less) and it will RESET. Then try and charge it. But I would keep your receipt or contact your CC company to get the receipt.....and make Walmart refund you. GL

Well my GUESS is the cart is actually A LOT less dangerous than just an actual hoverboard. I tried to get on that thing and about killed myself. But hoverboards have been around for like 10 years. Its a numbers game. They sell enough to easily cover lawsuits and they know every trick in the book on how to slow lawsuits to a crawl and then go out of business. So you sue them and in 5 years they are out of business and your out lawyer fees with nothing to show. They are super dangerous tho. But my nieces ages 11 and 8 have zipped around their basement on just the hoverboards and just go wild. I have no idea how they dont get hurt.

Yes. Its simply a combo of the cart which can be bought separate and a hoverboard.

Can you tell me where charging info is. It’s not included in manuel. How long did you have to charge?
Just plug the hoverboard into the wall via the charger for 12 hours. The charging light should turn GREEN. Enjoy!

Fully charging lipo battery and leaving them in that state is a good way to ruin the battery. Lipos are happy at 70%. Not 0 and not 100

Yes you need to make sure the straps are adjusted perfectly. Too tight or too loose wont work. Sounds like you have them too tight.
I would advise having an adult be the driver until you get things figured out.
