There is no way Emma would fall for that. She would be able to know it wasn't Regina based on her magic, and on having Regina's heart. Though I don't doubt she would play along a bit in order to catch her up. Though she wouldn't sleep with her like a robin did. ( I believe as soul mates they would be able to tell if it was their other half of not.)
