- As all of us are now eating every meal at home, it’s important to know what are the etiquette & manners of eating correctly according to the Sunnah of the Prophet ﷺ.

1) The Prophet ﷺ never criticised food
2) The Prophet ﷺ used to wash hands before eating
3) Say Bismillah before eating
4) Eat with your right hand and eat which is front of you.
5) After eating, thank Allah by saying this dua.
اَلْحَمْدُ لِلَّهِ الَّذِي أَطْعَمَنِي هَذَا، وَرَزَقَنِيهِ مِنْ غَيْرِ حَوْلٍ مِنِّي وَلَا قُوَّةٍ
Al-hamdu lillahi-llazi at'amani haza, wa razaqaniihi min ghairi haulin minni wa la quwwah
“All praise is due to Allah Who has given me food to eat and provided it without any endeavour on my part or any power.”

💎Recite After Eating To Have Minor Sins Forgiven 💎
It was narrated from Sahl bin Mu’adh bin Anas Al-Juhani, from his father, that the Prophet صَلَّى اللّٰهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ said:
Whoever eats food and said: Al- hamdu lillahil-ladhi at’amani hadha wa razaqanihi min ghayri hawlin minni wa la quwwatin (All Praise is to Allah Who has fed me this and provided it for me without any strength or power on my part), - his previous sins will be forgiven.
Grade: Hasan - Sunan Ibn Majah
English: Vol. 4, Book 29, Hadith 3285

Assalamoualaikoum is there hadith or sunnah about yawning and stretching loudly after eating still sitting at the table among people.
As salamu alykum. Can we drink the water from the plate after meals when we put water in the plate in order to wipe it before washing it.

Can any one tell me..licking the plates and bowl very badly after finishing food is good manner or sunah?which looks very akwrd for the person sit nearby..
No avoid licking the plate, this goes against manners and etiquette of eating, rather, the Sunnah is to lick the fingers you ate with.
What if someone asks whether the food is good or not
